During these classes, our certified instructors help athletes perfect their fundamental skills while learning kickovers, walkovers, roundoffs, and other level 1 skills . Classes are offered at the following times:

• Mondays, 5:30-7:00 pm

• Tuesdays, 5:30-7:00 pm

• Wednesdays, 5:30-7:00 pm

• Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 pm
